Lauren has been a hairstylist since 2006. After years working behind the chair in a traditional salon, Lauren decided she wanted something different for herself and for other professionals in her industry.
She opened beautiLofts’ first location in 2015 with just 9 Lofts. Today, she’s grown the business to four locations with over 70 Lofts. Her passion is helping fellow industry professionals gain financial and personal independence and empowering them to lead a life where they’re in charge.
In her free time, she’s hanging with friends and spending time with her husband, Tony, and two sons, Julian and Oliver.
Ashley has worked as a hair stylist, educator & business owner since 2005. She’s passionate about educating and mentoring fellow hair stylists. Her experience includes being an educator for L’Oreal Professionnel & numerous other in-salon educational programs.
Being a part of beautiLofts has given Ashley the opportunity to empower others to run their own independent business and provide educational opportunities to master their craft.
Rachel is the Marketing Director for beautiLofts with over 16 years of experience managing brands for leading companies including Entertainment Tonight, Gardner White Furniture, and CarbonTV.
Spending a decade building the beautiLofts brand, Rachel saw how our Loft Owners showcase their creativity while enjoying the freedom of being their own boss. This inspired her to pursue her own career behind the chair. Rachel is now apprenticing under our Director of Education, Ashley Schlegel, as she works toward earning her cosmetology license in Fall 2026.
