A Fond Farewell to Nikki Farhat, Partner in Rochester Hills

After a decade with beautiLofts, we are saying a heartfelt goodbye to our Rochester Hills location partner, Nikki Farhat. While it’s never easy to close a chapter like this, it’s impossible not to feel immense gratitude for everything Nikki has poured into our brand, our community, and the Loft owners she’s supported along the way.

From the very beginning, Nikki has been a driving force behind the warmth and culture that defines our Rochester Hills location. She brought not only passion and dedication, but also a genuine sense of connection. She helped turn our Rochester Hills workplace into a space that feels like family. Her ability to build relationships, uplift others, and create an environment where people feel seen and supported is something that will leave a lasting imprint on beautiLofts.

Reflecting on her time with us, Nikki shared:

"Being a part of beautiLofts for the past ten years has been such a great experience and one I'll miss so much. It has been wonderful getting to know and work with so many of our Loft owners over the years, as well as working alongside Lauren, Rachel, and Ashley.

Owning a business where even work feels like fun is something truly special, and I feel so grateful for all of the relationships, laughter, and memories that came along with it."

Nikki’s journey has been intertwined with beautiLofts in so many meaningful ways. Founder and Owner, Lauren Falzone, reflects on that journey with deep appreciation:

"The time I've spent working with Nikki has been such a joy in my life. Coming in right after college at just 22 years old, Nikki brought so much energy to our team. Over the years, she has built great relationships in our Rochester location bringing a sense of family to the people who work there.

Being my younger cousin, and a part of a large extended family, what I am most proud of is our ability to have worked together for so long while maintaining a close relationship. Since the inception of beautiLofts, we have become mothers (two times each!), Nikki got married, we've bought homes, started families and grown both professionally and personally.

Nikki, in your future endeavors, whatever they may be, I wish you nothing but success, fulfillment, and love!"

Nikki, from all of us at beautiLofts, thank you for ten years of heart, hustle, and unwavering commitment. But mostly, thank you for the countless ways you’ve shaped beautiLofts into what it is today. Your presence will be deeply missed, but your impact will always remain.
